She was predeceased by: her former husbands, Robert Goshorn and Jay Phillips; her sons, Victor Goshorn and Robert Goshorn; and her stepson James "Jimmy" Phillips.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, John Phillips, Marilyn Gordon and Steven Phillips; and her boyfriend Sam Ketcham.
