He was predeceased by: his parents, James B Marks and Juanita Ball; his son Joel Kocher; and his sister Cindy Muze. He is survived by: his children, Marylena Medovic (Larry), James Marks, Tim Marks and Chris Marks; his siblings, Nancy Robbins and Bill Marks; and his grandchildren, JT, Maelena, Larry Jr., Brandi, Kayla, James, Michael and Elizabeth. He is also survived by great grand daughter as well as other family members and friends.
