He was predeceased by: his parents, John Provchy and Anna Provchy. He is survived by: his sisters, Violet Wamsley and Mary Evans; his children, Vicki Lonteen (Mike), Paul Provchy and Andy Provchy (Jenn); his stepsons, Steve and Chuck Bauer; his grandchildren, Dana, Christopher, Samantha, Sydney, Stephanie, Ashlee, Aiden, Averie and Xander; and his great grandchildren, Michael and Lucas.
