He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshal Shanholtz and Eva Shanholtz; his wife Louise "Toots" Shanholtz; his children, Jeff Shanholtz and Jean Shanholtz; and his brother Edward Shanholtz.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Whitney and Ashley Shanholtz; and his great grandchildren, Carter, William, Fallon and Freddie.
