He was predeceased by: his significant other Charlene May Jenkins; and his parents, George Jenkins and Imelda Jenkins. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Jenkins (Nancy) and Traci Purk; his grandchildren, Tyler Purk and Ashleigh Darkhorse; his great grandchild Hunter Darkhorse; and his close friends, Julie Taylor and Dottie Janes.
