He is survived by: his wife Anna Mikolay (Zastawnik); his daughters, Meghan Turner (Jeffrey Turner), Krista Mikolay (Daniel Patterson) and Ashley Mikolay (James Patton); and his siblings, Joe Mikolay (Julie), Tommy Mikolay (Cheryl) and Denise Edwards (Joseph Edwards). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
