He was predeceased by : his parents, Melvin Houk and Myrtle Houk; and his brother Timothy (Sally). He is survived by : his wife Barbara Houk (Kawalek); his children, Jonathan (Megan) and Bernadette; and his grandsons, Maddox Trillow and Lincoln Houk.
