He is survived by: his parents, Nelson and Jean; his sister Sue; his sister-in-law Margie Blankenship; his wife Laura; his children, Tim (Crystal), Chad and Amy (T. J.); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Destiny, Nathan, Abigail, Brianna, Jacob, Ty and Emily; his stepgrandchildren, Trinity and Paige; his sister Kim Travis; and his siblings-in-law, Carl Boylen (Pam), Clyde Blankenship, April Damsa (Dennis) and Lisa Griner (Kristy).
