He was predeceased by : his parents, Lawrence Hall and Amanda Gae Hall; his siblings, Dana and Nita June; and his children, Kenneth Ray Hall and Christine McCrum.
He is survived by : his wife Mary Kay; his children, Sandra Collins (Stanley), Ricky and Tracy Yoder (Allan); his grandchildren, Lucy Hall (David Proffitt), David Harris Jr. (Hannah), Christopher Hall, Katie Hall, Rikki Hall (Sean Sullivan) and Anthoni Seager (Skilar Sprouse); and his great grandchild Frank Wallace.
