She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Nida and Mabel Nida; her husband Edward "Sonny" Hughes; her grandson Nathan Hughes; and her brothers, Jack and Charlie.
She is survived by: her children, Charlie (Sue) and Deborah Hughes; her grandchildren, Ian Hughes, Autumn Marthey (Brian Smith), Amy Rachic (Chad) and Krissie Snyder; and her great grandchild Tristin Snyder.
