He was predeceased by: his parents, David Guy and Clara Guy; and his brother David Guy, Jr. (Samuel). He is survived by: his wife Robin Guy (Conn); his children, Tara Johnson (Eric) and Samuel Guy (Sydney); his granddaughter Rylee; his brother Jerry Guy (Janice); his sisters-in-law, Sherry Conn and Shelly Conn; and his close friends, Tom and Lena Zwick. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cox-McNulty Funeral Home (222 Norton Ave, Barberton, OH 44203). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
