He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy; and his parents, Virgil Matheny and Audrey Matheny. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Morgan (Jack), Jennifer Matheny and Aaron Matheny; and his grandsons, Jackson, Jason Morgan, Tatum and Everett Matheny. He is also survived by several siblings, nieces, nephews and friends.
