He is survived by: his son Herman Clark III (Patricia A. Williams); his parents, Patricia Williams of Barberton and Herman Clark III of Youngstown; his siblings, Shanice Floyd of Barberton, Simiyah Floyd of Barberton, Tiera Stewart of Youngstown, Miykeysha Collins of Youngstown, Asharay Stewart of Youngstown, Ousha Hilson of North Carolina, Herman Clark IV of Seattle, WA and Steven Clark of Seattle, WA; and his grandparents, Norma, Simmie McIntosh of Campbell and Clarence Williams of Youngstown.
