He is survived by: his friends, Randy and Paul Parsons; his wife Evelyn Jarvis Etling; his children, Bill Jr. (Heather), Frank Estep and Tammy Armbruster (Kevin); his grandchildren, Kyle, Sam, Landon, Parker and Haley; and his brother Charles of Arizona. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
