He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary E Smith (Shelton) and Hollie R. Smith; his brother Hollie J. Smith; and his siblings-in-law, David Moore and Shirley Smith.
He is survived by: his children, William M. Smith (Vicky), Mark Smith (Linda), Michelle Park (Kevin) and Beth Mitchell (Chris); and his siblings, Derral Smith (Julie), Jackie O. Smith, Carol Johnson (Larry) and Patricia A. Moore. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
