Barbara Lenore Lowe Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Lenore Lowe of Barlow, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 7, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory Stacy (T. J.) and Cora Stallard Stacy; her siblings, Nora Gentry, Luther Stacy, Walter "Buddy" Stacy, Bertha Randolph, Chester Stacy, Clyde Stacy, Ruby Keller, Pearl Thorne, Florence Wyatt, Robert Stacy and Lonnie Stacy; and her son-in-law Rick Nevels.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa J. "Teri" Lowe of Louisville, KY and Loretta L. "Lori" Webb of Marietta, OH; her granddaughter Stacy Harra of Little Hocking, OH; her great grandchildren, Diesel Harra of Waterford, OH and Shelby Place of Little Hocking, OH; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Jane Stacy of Waterford, OH and Lucille Burgess of Belpre, OH. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home (801 Victor St, Belpre, OH 45714). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
