She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer H. Greenwood and Gladys Mae Greenwood (Adkins); her husband Patrick E. Carpenter; and her siblings, Eloise Marie Ward, Shirley A. Swallie, Betty Jean Greenwood, Carol Mae Starr, Richard Elmer Greenwood and Sandra Kay Stephens.
She is survived by: her son Bruce Carpenter (Debbie) of Minerva, Ohio; her grandchildren, Alex Carpenter (Alex), Joe Carpenter (Gabby), Taylor Carpenter, Anastasia Carpenter and Logan Carpenter (Gretchen); her great grandchild Eli; her brother Robert "Beans" Greenwood (Dorcas); her niece Brenda Miller; and her brother-in-law Jim Swallie. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home (319 N Chestnut St, Barnesville, OH 43713). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
