She was predeceased by: her parents, Hort Wehr and Faye Wehr (Carpenter); her husband William D. Moore; her son William "Troy" Moore; her siblings, Vernon Wehr (Marjorie), Donnie Wehr (Ruth), Helma Stephens (Kelly), Curtis Wehr (Betty), Jimmy Wehr (Shirley), Freddy Wehr (Norma) and Eva Mae Brown (Jim); and her siblings-in-law, Diane Wehr, Frank Miller, Paul Stump, Neil Neuhart and Jack Legg.
She is survived by: her son Todd Moore (Louise) of Barnesville; her grandchildren, Sara Moore (Jonathan Reitter) of New Philadelphia and Mason Moore (Alexis Mayer) of Medina, Ohio; her siblings, Norman Wehr, Janet Stump, Velma Neuhart and Beverly Legg; and her sister-in-law Judy Wehr. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home (319 N Chestnut St, Barnesville, OH 43713). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
