She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas "Sonny" Gilmore (Freda) and Gertrude Sheaks (John); her grandfather Cory; and her siblings, Penny Gilmore Bates, Gail Sheaks, Larry Gilmore and Rick Gilmore.
She is survived by: her son Shaun Pack; her brothers, Monte Gilmore, Rusty Gilmore, John Sheaks and Larry Bunting; her granddaughter Willow Marmie; her niece Erin Wilkinson; her great-nieces, Elizabeth and Charlotte; and her close friends, Bruce, Brenda Marmie and Connie Stephen.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Fay's memory to the ASPCA or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
