He was predeceased by: his parents, Everette Fitzpatrick and Florence Fitzpatrick (Robb); and his brother-in-law Ron Wharton. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Fitzpatrick; his children, April Anderson (Greg), Candace Haggerty (Kevin) and Troy Fitzpatrick (Melissa); his grandchildren, Jeremy Anderson (Crissy), Jarrod Anderson (Natalie), Justin Cox (Bree), Aaron Cox (Kaylin), Matthew Haggerty, Jessica Ackerman (Jeffrey), Mariya Bennett (Bobby) and Tyler Fitzpatrick; his great grandchildren, Klase, Peyson, Sadie Jo, Rose, Jameson, Abel, Axel, Novaleigh, Owen, Avery, Evelyn, Ryker and Harper; and his sister Sherrie Wharton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Sandy Ridge Church of Christ.
