She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hubert Anderson and Leona Laura Thompson (Kemp); and her siblings, Bruce Anderson and Linda Sexton. She is survived by: her husband John Duch; her daughter Laura VanFossen (Derk); her grandchildren, Jackson and Maggie; and her siblings, Judy Lucas (Gary), Mary Withrow (Allen) and Mike Anderson (Melinda). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Donna's memory to St. Jude.
