She is survived by: her parents, Barbara Toohey (Michelle) and Philip Van Horn (Denise); her husband Jason "Jake" Peddicord; her daughters, Rylee, Regan and Ripley Peddicord; her siblings, Scotty Van Horn (Casey), Ethan Van Horn and Samantha Van Horn (Tyler Binegar); her stepsiblings, James Dusch, Dennis Dusch and Renee Dusch; her parents-in-law, Cindy Lynn (John) and Daniel Peddicord; and her siblings-in-law, Ray Lynn (Mariah) and Kelly Newport (Ron). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
