She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Henry and Doris Evelyn Diaforli (Durling); and her brother Thomas Eugene Diaforli. She is survived by: her husband Dallas Adkins; her daughter Denise Adkins; her granddaughter Vanessa Leach; her brother James Diaforli (Pamela); her close friends, Janie Burkhart, Cathy Froehlich and Julie Plumly; and her goddaughter Miranda Jo Plumly. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
