It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Lyle Palmer Sr. of Barnesville, Ohio, who passed away on January 26, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman C. Henries and Wilma M. Palmer; and his wife Gladys P. Palmer (Kemp). He is survived by: his son Harold L. Palmer, Jr. (Susan J.) of Martinsburg, Pennsylvania; his granddaughter Krista Starr of Dublin, Ohio; and his great grandchild Alexis Miller.
