In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Harry had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Harry may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Stephen and Margaret Skinner (Gillespie); his siblings, George Skinner and Mary Lou Cowgill; and the mother of his child Brenda Skinner.
He is survived by: his son Joe Skinner (Jean) of New Philadelphia; his grandchild Ashley Anderson (Paul); and his brother Richard Skinner of Dublin, Ohio. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation in Harry's name.
