She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Stephens and Golda Stephens (Sivard); her brothers, Earl Stephens (June) and Paul Stephens (Thomasine); and her aunt Jessie Taylor.

She is survived by: her husband George F. "Hank" Temple; her children, Lee Bohandy (Cathy) and Lynne Bohandy; her granddaughter Brianna Bohandy; her stepchildren, Pamela Temple, Nancy Jo Temple, Richard Temple and Ronald Temple; her cousin Marvin Stephens; Beverly Lawton. She is also survived by several step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
