She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto G. Burkhart and Murl Olive Burkhart (Starr); her husband Harlan Loye Robb; her granddaughter Karly Robb; and her siblings, Otto G. Burkhart, Jr., Carol Hunter, Doris Headley, Patricia Sharrock and Charlotte Morris.
She is survived by: her daughter Lori Robb (Kevin Yoders) of Frazeysburg, Ohio; her grandchildren, Richard Miller, Loye Miller, Joshua Bice and Alivia Bice; her great grandchildren, Noah Miller and Regina Miller; and her close friend Joyce Sharp. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
