He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Koski and Valerie Y. Kreusch (Cutlip); and his fiancée Helen Steed. He is survived by: his stepson Charles Beckett (Helen). He is also survived by two step-grandchildren, and two step-great-grandsons.
