He was predeceased by: his parent Jan Toohey; and his niece Jennifer. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Toohey; his wife Michelle Toohey; his daughter Caitlyn Toohey; his granddaughter Natalie Stephen; his brother Joseph Toohey; and his parents-in-law, Dale and Mary Lou Sudduth.
