She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Allen and Margaret Ruth Mckenzie (All); her son Stewart Mendelson; her brother David Allen Mckenzie; and her former husband Jack Mendelson.
She is survived by: her sons, Andy Mendelson (Jennifer) and Matt Mendelson (Sharon) of Wheeling; her grandchildren, Max, Joel, Alex, Sophia and Mya; and her siblings, Martha Lee Thatcher (Richard), Cynthia Hilliard (David) and Mike McKenzie (Susan). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
