He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland White and Betty White. He is survived by: his wife Janice Linger White; his children, Missy Foraker (Danielle), Krissy Foraker, Martin White (Becky) and Leigh Ann White; his grandchildren, Kaden, Savanna, Annalee, Mallory, Chloe, Jaxon and Maverick; his sisters, Becky Ritz, Brenda Lieurance (David) and Marcia Perkins (Gary); his grandsons, Brice Mercer and Isaac White; his brother-in-law Ronnie Linger; and his friends, Josh Beaver, Cameron Lingle, Jim Gallagher and Matt Bashline.
