She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred P. Stephens and Garnet I. Stephens (Stephen); her husband Charles Edward Burkhart; her daughters, Sherry Lee Burkhart and Deborah Jo Leach; and her siblings, Kenneth Stephens (Barb), Samuel Stephens (Sandra), Betty Finnicum (Floyd) and Janet Stephens.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Riemenschneider and Charles Michael Burkhart (Shannon); her grandchildren, Derrick Leach, Misty McKelvey (Jaime), Codey Leach (Jessica), Wade Riemenschneider, Jenna Bartola (Sam), Tyler Burkhart (Kirsten), Dylan Burkhart and Makayla Burkhart; her brother Larry Stephens (Sue); and her sister-in-law Kay Burkhart. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
