She is survived by: her grandchildren, Shelby Dugan (Justin), Sarah Mercer, Jake Kirk, Zach Kirk, Aaron Kirk (Shelly), Tessa Kirk (Clint), Blake Kirk, Jacob Stevens and Ethan Van Horn (Inez); her great grandchildren, Mia Van Horn, Zander Kirk, Rowan Kirk and Naomi Kirk; her brothers, Dicky Johnson (Helen Jane) and Bobby Johnson (Cathy); her daughter-in-law Tammy Van Horn (Kirk); and her pet Molly Sue. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
