He was predeceased by: his parents, Walden Lowell MacMillan and Evelyn Ilene MacMillan (Holland); and his brother William Lowell MacMillan. He is survived by: his children, Amanda MacMillan (Warner), Miranda MacMillan (Schramm), Kasey MacMillan (Steven Taylor) and Nathon MacMillan (Shanna MacMillan); and his siblings, Danny McMillan, Diane Park, Donna Donnalley, Cindy Mason and Robert MacMillan. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, cousins, many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Belmont County Animal Shelter in Randy's name.
