He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Allar and Edith Allar (McEndree); his former wife Ruth Ann Allar (Carpenter); and his grandchildren, Mark Moore and Wendy Cline.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Thompson (Bob), Sam Allar (Kathy) and Kris Moore (Jerry); his grandchildren, Jim Thompson (Shelly), Eric Cline, Bobby Thompson (Misty), Cole Allar (Courtney), Cory Allar (Alicia), Clinton Allar (Mariah), Matthew Moore (Emily) and Meliah Moore (KateLynn); and his sisters, Faith Morris and Judy Allar. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
