He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald K. Fisher and Jewell F. Fisher (Huntsman). He is survived by: his wife Sandy Fisher (Sagrilla); his brother Steve Fisher (Angie); his sibling's children, Madalyn Fisher, Kelsey Wise (Matt), Brianna Holskey (Butch) and Sean Hecker (Vanessa); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Stella, Theo Wise, Rosie and Archie Hecker; his pets, Bailey and Scooter; and his sisters-in-law, Cathy Hecker (Dennis) and Toni Sagrilla (Greg McCormack).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Scott's memory to the Belmont County Animal Shelter.
