She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh M. Jean and Betty Jean (Sites); her brother Terry Allen Smith; her grandparents, Alphonso, Helen Haynesworth, Sherman and Irene Lyons of St. Clairsville; and her husband Terry Louis Smith (Blue) of Steubenville, Ohio..
She is survived by: her sons, Terry Louis Smith II (Toni) of Moundsville, Troy Lamar Smith of Moundsville and Ty Michael Thornton (Kellie) of Bridgeport, Ohio; her adoptive parents, Robert Louis and Adrie Ann Lyons of Port St; and her siblings, Timothy Wayne Smith (Trista) of Chillicothe, Robert Louis Lyons (Denise) of Minneapolis, Ryan LaMont Lyons (Bobbie) of Elk River, Minnesota, Randall Lee Lyons of Columbus, Ohio and Melissa Caldwell of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
