He was predeceased by: his wife Gladys Kay Burnett; his daughter Stephanie Huggins; his sister-in-law Charline Sewell; and his parents-in-law, Charles Sewell and Velma Brooks.

Burnett Jr. (Anna) of Ohio, Alycia Roman (Goldy) of Camden, NJ and Lorelei Kraemer (Kenneth) of Baytown, TX; his grandchildren, Thomas Barbiers Jr. of New Jersey, Brian Barbiers of New Jersey, Nicholas Dougherty of New Jersey, Breahna Dougherty of New Jersey, Alyssa Gleason (Tim) of Pennsylvania, Alvin Santos Jr. of New Jersey, Jayden Roman of New Jersey, Jocelyn Roman of New Jersey, Alanni Kraemer of Texas, Kylie Kraemer of Texas, Darin Huggins of Ohio and Nathan Huggins of Ohio; his great grandchild Bryleigh Barbiers; and his brothers-in-law, Robin Sewell (Dawn) of Ohio, Kevin Quigley (Danielle) of Philadelphia and Matthew Quigley (Peggy) of Clayton, NJ.
