He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy C. Atkinson and Sarah Atkinson (Marmie); and his wife Betty Jane Atkinson (Mahoney). He is survived by: his siblings, Dale, Ralph, Larry, Jack, Gene Atkinson, Guy J Atkinson of Canal Fulton and Carole Gallagher of Barnesville; and his niece Brenda Gallagher-Brown of Barnesville. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and good friends.
