He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kyanko and Mary Kleevic Kyanko; his siblings, Joseph, David Kyanko and Helen Yudasz; his son Jeffrey Fortuna; and his pet Angel.
He is survived by: his wife Linda M. Green Kyanko; his children, Larry Fortuna, Butch Fortuna (Jo Ann), Stanley Fortuna (Pam) and Debra Fortuna; his grandsons, Jason Chipps, Matthew Fortuna (Adrean) and Andrew Fortuna (Lindsay); his nieces, Joyce Apicella (Larry) and Mary Jo LaRoche; and his nephew Ricky Yudasz (Beth). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
