She is survived by: her children, Herbert Couch (Theresa) of Cincinnati, Donnie Couch of Cincinnati, Zeke Couch (Janice) of Batavia, Tommy Couch (Shelly) of Richmond, Randy Couch (Jill) of Milford and Terry Couch; and her sisters, Sue Patton of Campton, Norma Bennett of Cincinnati, Ruby Cox, Lisa Woodrum and Betty Buck of Liberty.
