He is survived by: his parents, Branden Mentz and Ashlynn Mentz; his grandparents, James, Tina Parker, Michael and Cindy Mentz; and his brothers, Zachary Mentz and Jacob Mentz. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
