With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christopher J. Ernst of Batavia, Ohio, who passed away on December 25, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ernst and Lois Ernst (Morton); and his sisters, Jeanne Schmerr and Marcia Krendl. He is survived by: his wife Julie Ernst; his children, Emily Mitchell (Frank), Jeremy Ernst (Ali) and Kayla Ernst; his grandchildren, Sam, Eli Christopher, Josh, Grace Mitchell, Irelyn, Trace and Reagan Ernst; and his brother Greg Ernst.
