He is survived by: his son Liam William Mentzel; his mother Brandi Perkins; his siblings, Candee Perkins and Deandra Mentzel (David Woods); his siblings' children, Jodi Stewart, Delainey Sue Woods and David Woods Jr.; his grandparents, Georgia Jones, Dennis and Billie Jane Mentzel (Janie); his aunts, Rhonda Murphy (Nana), Jill Lindsley (Dave) and Tricia Curtis; and his uncle Todd Mentzel.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Moore Family Funeral Home - Batavia (225 Spring St, Batavia, OH 45103). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
