Hartley, Jr.; his grandchildren, David "JJ" Hartley III and Victoria "Tori" L. Hartley; and his siblings, Claude, Bonnie, Charlene and Dennis.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Eugene's honor may be made to the American Stroke Society.
