She is survived by: her children, Melissa Vonderheide (Lewis), Brian Lewis, Alicia Lewis and Adam Lewis; the father of her children Charles Lewis; and her brothers, James Maynard and Steven Maynard. She is also survived by four grandchildren, two great grandchildren and many family members and friends.
