A graveside service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Spring Grove Cemetery (4521 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45232).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Pat's honor to the American Heart Association and Clermont County Senior Services.
