She is survived by: her husband Thomas Crellin; her children, Stephanie Crellin Wermes (Joseph Wermes), Brian Crellin (Amanda Ackley Crellin) and Charles Crellin (Elizabeth Crellin); and her grandchildren, Trey, Justin, Ronnie, Evie, Brina, Kate, Owen, Nolan and Dalton.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Spring Grove Funeral Homes - Willow Room (4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Lebanon Chapel - Spring Grove Cemetery (4521 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45232). A reception was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Spring Grove Funeral Homes - Willow Room (4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223).
