She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dean and Louise Dean (Abood); and her husband Patrick O'Hara. She is survived by: her children, Michael O'Hara (Lisbeth), Kimberly O'Hara Cristofoli (Ed) and Kellie O'Hara; her grandchildren, Andrew O'Hara (Faith), Alex O'Hara (Liz), Mackenzie O'Hara (Julie), Clark Cristofoli (Katie), Cameron Cristofoli (Jessica), Breea Cristofoli and Dawson O'Hara; her sisters, Joyce Feinman and Kathleen Adams; and her sister-in-law Carroll Wiener (John).
