He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Sommers (Kitty); his daughters, Jessica Sommers Talbott and Alexandra Talbott-Welch; his granddaughter Willa Talbott-Welch; his sister Marinel Talbott Mukherjee; his sons-in-law, Dusten Talbott-Welch and Michael Maurer; his nephew Navy Cmdr; his niece Stephanie Sommers; his sister-in-law Sonia Sommers; and his cousins, Allan Caroll, Tracy Simon and Holly Tanguay.
